I will say that sickbay neglected to ship something they charged me for and issued a very prompt refund!

I think ibeautyny.com is okay. When I ordered from them I did not receive a confirmation email but when I contacted them they gave me shipping info.

Sickbay.biz is pretty cool. I received my package but my Miss Key 10 en 1 rinse had busted (what a mess). Sent them an emailing requesting a new bottle and received it within a week.

I went ahead and ordered some Lacio Lacio from ibeauty and I'll see how it goes. I was a little afraid of sickbay because I read some reports on the forum that discusses different web sites that someone was stealling the customers money from their accounts. Thanks for the help ladies. I will let you know how the customer service was for me.
