Its ok to me. I found it left my hair feeling soft but not moisterized. I won't purchase it again.

If you want your hair soft after you wash it the Redken ANTI-SNAP does the trick.

I have used the Redken all soft shampoo and Heavy Cream and have been disappointed by both and returned the expensive item. I have been pleased with redken extreme line. I use the anti snap every week and have been please with the conditioner and deep fuel deep conditioner but I dont use those items but maybe once a month.
