Dennis has been acting up lately.
Ok. sometimes I'm sitting under my steamer and it just shuts off for a little while, and then it cuts back on.

It's almost like it is cooling off or something.

I have the stand-up on wheels one.

any feedback? am I the only one?

Do ya'll use hot, warm, or cold water intially in ya'lls?

Once it cuts off, no steam comes out until it cuts back on, so I don't think it's a required temp thing :ohwell:

I am an avid bumper :look:

:lachen:

I only use distilled water in mine which I keep in my garage so it's cool in the winter & warmer in the summer. How long are you using yours at a time? I have the digital one on wheels, not sure if it's the same brand as yours or not.

thanx yall.

PA, mine isn't digital it's the one with a timer and 2 different buttons...

I've had this thing for a while now... and I just found out I'm supposed to drain the water each time

hopefully everything turns out

Mine doesn't cut off but it seems like it takes a 15 second "break" when no steam comes out and it sounds like it shuts off but it doesn't. After the minibreak, the steam comes back full force. I've only used it 3 times but I'll pay closer attention to it next time. I just figured the little thing needed time to "reboot" itself.

I hate the reboot lol.

Yup, that is my baby. Me and my steamer are good friends. It is one of the best hair purshases EVER!

Yeah, I always drain the water after each use. Hopefully the shutting off is not a defect in your steamer.
