If you get braids too tight. I got my kinky twists on Saturday, and at first they hurt for the first day or so, but now they are fine. What can I do to make sure my hair stays healthy???:ohwell: :ohwell:

No... I've had senegalese twists twice in the last 10 months or so with no problems. That was the first time in about 4 years after my cousin braided my hair and made most of it fell out. Just keep your hair moisturized and don't let them braid it too tight.

I'd just be careful about the edges which tend to be very delicate. I have had extremely tight braids (almost micros) and my hair was fine after, although I was worried the whole time I wore them.
