Ive been using Surge since November 03 and I can count on one hand how many times my scalp may have tingled. Maybe this happens when I clarify and rub my scalp harder than usual. Havent really made the connections, just guessing.

I get the tingles 75% of the time I use Surge. I used to think it was a negative reaction, but I haven't had any adverse effects (as of yet).
