I always buy mine in the stores, but I've never seen it at Sally's. I have seen it some beauty supply stores (with the price jacked waaay up).
I've seen it at JC Penney, but I haven't been there in a while so I'm not positive they still sell it.
Ulta, Beauty First, Bubbles salons and random salons at the mall also carry it. Or you could always stop by a black salon that uses Kera Care products and get them there.

I just purchased some at the JC Penney salon in the mall but I have seen in in the salon at Walmart as well.

Beauty IS skin deep.
IMO, Walmart is cheaper than JCP, but YMMV. Keep in mind that when we say Walmart, it's the salon that operates in Walmart (Smart Styles), not the actual store. But I have yet to see any Keracare products in any Sallys I've ever been in.
