Whatever has dissolved is the amount your body is really getting. Many of the cheaper brands have low grade binders,fillers & preservatives that prevent the actual vitamins from being dissolved...He recommended capsules & softgels as much as possible. He also told me to stay away from chewable vitamin C, it erodes the enamel on your teeth..HTH luv, DIVA
