@ashagreen Are you experiencing hair loss? I'm guessing that you're trying to pin point what is causing it? It might be worth visiting a trichologist.
Questions I would think about:
How long has the hair loss been occurring?
Did it get worse at anytime? If so, can you remember anything that changed around that time? (Products/medication/stress increase/lack of sleep/deficiencies).
What happens when you omit/include sleep/medication/alcohol?
Do supplements help?
Have you tried different types of birth control?
It's very difficult to answer your questions other than from personal experiences, and that will be very dependent on the individual.
Everything affects everyone differently, genetics/family medical history, will also be involved. It could even relate to an underlying health condition that you may not be aware of yet. I would advise you too seek assistance from a medical practitioner or hair specialist.
I really hope you can get some answers and possibly treatment where needed to resolve the issue.
