the new line that supposed to be for "ethnic hair" i think its in a pink bottle. i have NO plans on using it but i wanted to see what your opinions were

There are tons of posts here on the Pantene Relaxed and Natural line. If you do a search, you will come up with them. HTH.

FineChyna,

Why do you say that you have no plans to use the Pantene Pro-V Relaxed and Natural Hair care line of products? I am just curious.

I recently purchased the Wrap and Set Lotion, and I really like it. If I am not mistaken, there is another member of the LHCF that uses this product as well.

I also purchased the Oil Cream Moisturizer. I was pleased with it as well, but it has some naughty ingredients in it: mineral oil and petrolatum. Then again, I also use Ultra Sheen Hair and Scalp Conditioner (hee hee!)

Having said the above, I will embark on the road to natural when I use the Hairobics products for the first time on Tuesday, my next hair wash day.

i'm glad to see something that you liked from the line, but as for me i don't trust pantene at all and after i did a search of previous post and its ingrediants i'm glad i didn't waste the money. i had no idea that this topic was talked about so much so i feel kinda stupid for making another post about it. i just don't trust black products coming from white hair care lines all the way. it may sound strange since alot of white hair care lines own black hair care products but i just feel that sometimes when a white hair care line tries to branch off and do ethnic hair that i know i am gonna have problems, especially since my hair is now transitioning. in the past i have used shampoo/con with the exact same ingrediants as the pantene line and TORE my hair up(and thats when it was permed)-its just by happenstance that i found a shampoo that worked for my hair and after doing research on this site and comparing bottles i now see the stuff in certain shampoo/con are NOT for my hair. its nothing personally its just my own paranoia. i mean i am finally seeing some results with my hair so i figure why screw it up. maybe that stuff will work on permed hair or maybe some naturals have luck with it. i have a deep down feeling i will be sorry that i ever used it so i am gonna go with that feeling.
