Does anyone use shen min?

I've read some good things about this supplement but I haven't met anyone who uses/used it. Can anyone share good or bad experience.

Shen min is a supplement that is supposedly a DHT blocker (prevents hair loss). I am thinking about using it to stop shedding.

It is very expensive. I was taking it and didn't see a difference, however, I had other problems causing my thinning.

I am currently taking this DHT Blocker. . It came well recommended.

Hi Dahomey

I took Shen Min simply for the reason that it is says "hair, skin and nails" on the bottle, and I needed help in those departments...But I didn't use it long enough to see any results. Lack of patience on my part. Someone on this board (I forget who) said it took her about 3 months to see improved hair growth from Shen Min.

About DHT, this website might have some useful info.

I think that the VitaminShoppe now offers a cheaper alternative to Shen Min.

I don't take Shin Men, but I'm taking the main ingredient, which is Fo-ti. I've only been taking it for about a week now, but I will keep you posted on my progress.

I took a full bottle of Shen Min, and noticed ZERO difference in my hair, so I stopped taking it. Its not to say that it doesn't work, but I stop taking things if I don't notice at least a minimal change.

i heard it takes 3 months....I am taking Fo ti (main ingredient) and will be hitting month 2 next week...I will post results after my third month..but of course I have started the eggs and protein thing also..so I may not be able to tell what is working...

I purchased a bottle of Fo-ti from GNC. It's supposed to elongate your hair's growing phase. I noticed less shedding. In addition my eyes looked a bit clearer too. I think it's also supposed to cleanse the blood.

I took it for about a month straight and then fell off the wagon. But I've been thinking about going back to using it with my HF37.

I went through 2 bottles of Shen Min and noticed a big fat ZERO!!! Just $70 wasted. (each bottle was $34.99). I've gotten excellent results from PP biotin and that costs a fraction of the price. I also saw results in about a month with the biotin as opposed to the ZERO after 2 months of Shen Min.

I took it before for a about 4 months and really didn't notice much. i take the futurebiotics hair skin and nail vits. i swear by them plus they are cheaper
