I saw some products that looked good , but I wanted ask you guys before I went and bought anything.....

I heard some good things about the Rusk Smoother Leave in. I just purchased it and will be trying tonight.

bless you girl ....

I thought ... no one was going to post ...

that is exactly what I wanted to buy (polisher)....

I saw the big bottle about 16 oz for 13.99 is that correct ?

I remember using thier shampoo (I'm not sure which one), but my hair came out really, really thick!! I was amazed. I just clicked on the "Contact us" on their web-page for free samples. I waited for a response back. Here's thier site:

Edited to Update: I just recieved an e-mail from Rush and they are currently out of samples, but will be sending out more samples soon.

Thanks sugar.... I asked them as well!

If your talking about the design series brilliance polisher, yes its good. It does cost $13. It puts a nice silky feel in hair.

i really want to try the moist the calm reconstructor. u can mix them or use it separately. rusk products are buy 2 get 1 free until the 15th if u want to try some.

I can't live without my rusk str8 anti-frizz lotion. I usually use it as a leave-in before rollersetting. It makes the hair much more easier to comb and detangle.

I use the rusk smoother leave-in. I'm trying to see if I can go silicone free for the new year but so far I'm not having a ton of luck. It was good to help with the frizzies.

Hey tif,

where do I buy 2 get one free?

is it at sally's ?

Thanks so much guys for the info ... I'm going to get a couple of the products and see if the work for me!

I think the buy 2 get 1 free is at Ulta. I saw it there this weekend.
I used the Rusk Smoother leave in last night and it is great. I love it. I have never used a leave in conditioner before. My hair is soo soft.

I gave their Moist shampoo a try but it wasn't moisturizing enough for me. I really like their clarifier though

Thanks girl you are very welcome!!!
;) This ( Smoother) is my staple!.....I've used Salerm and tried Lacio....but I ALWAYS......go back to this one, it really helps me to detangle and frizz free, has a sunscreen........for me its the best :D

I have also used the Marine poo and con( instant, not the deep con) I like those too...I will probably go back to those 2 after I am done with my stash( Matrix and Paul Mitchell....these also helped with detangling and smoothing my hair....I liked the marine ingredients .........

good luck, they have great products

I always keep 2 bottles of RUSK Sheer Brilliance Polisher in my Inventory. right now I am now using DOO GRO Hair Polish Shine Mist---no alcohol---. However I still like RUSK products. RUSK is a good product line. At a salon that I used to patronize, one of the stylists was a platform artist for RUSK. He was a really great hair designer---always booked 2 months in advance.

I use the Rusk Calm and Deep Shine (marine) conditioner. I love both products. They detangle my hair really well, and although the Deep Shine seems really light it leaves my hair shinier and straighter than anything else i've ever tried. (Almost 7 months post touch-up) Sometimes I use the Calm as a leave-in.
