I want to incorporate clay or a mud conditioner to my hair reggie. I'm not sure what kind to buy. Who's doing this?

Girl, Rhassoul is very popular! I may try it myself. I'm just afraid it wont rins well.

I've tried it and it is a very good conditioner. Believe it or not my hair is still conditioned over a month later from just one treatment. I have locs and I managed to get it out so for loose hair you should have no problem.

Tip: Don't panic if it doesn't all come out in the shower. Just wait till your hair dries and run your fingers through your hair - the remainder is powder that will come out easily. You probably want to be sitting outside when you do this so you don't get dirt all over your floors and home interiors fabrics.

I use Anita Grant's Rhassoul about once a month....good stuff I tell ya. It leaves the hair smooth, soft & strong. I haven't had a problem with rinsing it out, it all comes out.

I use the Rhassoul Condish once a month and have been using this since she opened. This leaves my hair feeling so conditioned and nourished. It is a holy grail for me.

I have never had any problems rinsing it out - I use boiling water that I have infused with rosebuds and petals.

I bought rhassoul clay from Mountain Rose Herbs. I mix it with conditioner, irish moss and sometimes coconut milk for a pre-poo. I have also used it after shampooing. It is amazing stuff. Whenever I use it as a pre-poo, I really do not need to do anything else although I do go ahead and wash and condition. I leaves my hair soft, detangled, hydrated and clarified.

I tried the Miss Key Mud and clay (Barro Y Arcilla) from Sickbay. I am not sure how I like it. It didn't dry out my hair but it wasn't as moisturizing as I had hoped. May be because I was close to relaxer time. My hair is funny though. It is supposed to be deeply moisturizing.

Does this only work for naturals? Or will it work for relaxed heads, too? Cause it sounds heavenly! :)
There is a positive review on her site from a relaxed head for this product. I just stocked up & ordered a sample for a white colleague with straight hair -she dyes her hair so it can get quite dry. I will post her feedback next week if she tries it this weekend. If it works for her then I assume that it is suitable for all hair types
