Yes they do! I went in there the other day and they dropped the price form $3 to $2. I was like   But unfortunatly they were sold out!

hahaha i saw that in there before i was like hmmmmmm? should i get it or not? hahahaha i definitely will next time!!! hahaha there must be a bigger following for this than i thought! lol:lol:...i need to go back to walmart, i havent been there for a minute!

I use it daily (nickle sized amount) and I mix it with a little carefree curl gold (quarter size amount) Since I add both anyway I just mix them together to save time.

I don't have a problem using it this way on damp or dry hair.

My hair used to luv mango butter, but now it does not at all. It weighs my hair down and I think makes it less manageable and more limp and stringy. I know that sounds crazy, but it really does, I used to get really good results with it, but now I use hair milk and my hair luvs that.

I was not a fan of this product, I just gave it to my sister. I had it for over a year, it's too heavy. It doesn't give any shine.

I was not either...my hair felt dry after a week of using it...I gave it 2 my bf...he luvs the smell...I was just wondering if the actual mango butter (not elasta qp) is more moisturizing?...and where can I get it?

I love it!!! i usually put that on my hair and then put on WGO over it.

Apparently I'm paying too much for it though ($6.79 at CVS)

I've seen it on some websites on the internet. I use yahoo search engine and just type in "bulk mango butter". I WOULD have been tempted had I not bought six Elasta QP's. From what I've researched it dosen't have a smell or should have a slight smell to it but is really good. I don't know exactly how heavy though. I've thought about buying a small amount to make some body butter (Especially since I already have a block of cocoa butter and shea butter)

Oh, I don't know then, is it still white now? after the heat it should have melted down, maybe your hair is not absorbing the moisture properly and you need to clarify or some porosity control. It could just be the EVOO I added to mine that makes it go on/melt down easier.

I tried cutting it down with my Hollywood Beauty Olive Oil, didn't work...... And I just clarified yesterday....Man, this stuff smells sooo nice, too bad, I might have to chuck it!! :(

Oh well, at least you tried everyway possible, I guess as the saying goes, what works for some may not be for all. :look:

Does anyone have any new suggestions for a moisturizer? I think I will just use it on my ends and prolly experiment with it wet...I paid 6.99 for it, obviously that is a rip-off!!! But I don't want to waste my money....

I'm thinking of the Grow Strong Cantu, because I put the Hollywood Beauty Oil, all over for moisture, now my hair is looking limp....

I tried to use it on my whole head once and this is exactly what happened. It didn't melt. I had to wash it out the next morning before going to work. Since then I only use it on my ends and a little dab around the hairline.

I'm transitioning, so I wonder if it shows up more on the texture of natural hair than it does on relaxed.

Also for the people who are using this on their whole head, how many containers of Elasta QP are you going through per week/month? I go through one container once a month just using it on my ends.

Has anyone had any luck purchasing Mango Butter in bulk? I bought a 1/4 lb sample and the consistency is really gritty.

I probably go through a bottle every two months. I only use it on my hair when I CW or shampoo not on my ends. I use shea butter for my ends.

what is this Mango Butter I've been seeing ya'll talk about? Where can I find it...somebody please post a pic or link......thanks

It's Elasta Qp mango butter....

And some are talking about Actual pure Mango butter which is something like Shea Butter....Sorry I don't have links right now, but you can go to Elastaproducts.com, and look up intensive treatments...

HTH, and for the pure bulk stuff you can go to any search engine, I think they sell some at crabapplesoap.com
