You are too cute. I used to take Puritan Pride's B-50 last summer and I got pretty good hair results, but my skin really benefitted (i.e. less pimples, more even toned complexion) and my body benefitted the most
B complexes are good for metabolism, so I noticed that I was more regular and was able to maintian my weight more easily.
Currently, I added Vitamin Shop's B-100 complex to my regimin because I upped my biotin intake and I want to make sure all the biotin has the right stuff it needs to function
I just added it recently, so no hair results from this go-round just yet. HTH
I'm not going to bolt on you. Yes, I love my B-Complex! I take 50mg am and 50mg pm. I have to say that if I could only take one supplement for my hair alone, my B-Complex would be it. Yes, it's a major growth, strength, and condition factor for my hair. And, I do agree with Miss Brown....my skin is also glorious because of it. It is really a small thing to do everyday, but it makes a substantial impact for hair, skin and nails.
I only take B-5 + what I get in my other multi's, but I have noticed that my entire hair shaft is thicker. In other words I have a lot less thin spots along the hair shaft.
I take a B-complex for overall health. Who knew it would make me the hairy beast that I am today.
I do not know if it speeded up my hair growth rate but it made my nails (which were already long) hard! it also made my hair thicker, fuller. And did i mention my hairy belly?
