I seriously doubt that JC Penney's sells it. I've never seen it, but it doesn't hurt to call their salon and ask.

I know! I had been putting off getting some of this although I had been interested in their products for years. After I saw root's hair I decided to order the Stimulations conditioner from discount beauty. They sent me an email today saying my order has shipped so I am waiting.
