Does Anyone Know if Aphogee Shampoo for damaged hair is a clarifyer???

No it's not - most clarifying shampoos will specifically state it on the bottle as these types of shampoos do not add anything to the hair (like Aphogee Shampoos for damaged hair - it adds some protein and moisture) it strips the hair of build up, product, etc.

No it is not.

The only shampoo I have come across that is a clarifier and a chelater is Quantum Clarifying Shampoo. It is sold at Sally's

I personally would not use any of the clarifiers or chelators that she suggest because they both contain -cones and conditioning agents.

I do use a shampoo that claims it clarifies but it leaves behind a slight -cone deposit. That is okay for me because I only use it before doing my TU. All other times I use Quantum clarifying shampoo.
 
Thank you..bc my hair is not shining and it looks a lil dull..i think i might need to clarify bc of the oils i use everyday
