CO everyday and then do a rollerset. My hair always looks better the day after I wash but after the first night I can't get it to look as fresh and bouncy as right after a CO wash.

My only concern was using too much product too quickly.

I don't know how to rollerset, but I imagine rollersetting everyday would be too much manipulation and take up too much of your time.

I'm not really worried abut the maniputation or the time. It only takes me aout 30 minutes to set my hair and I airdry over night so there is no heat involves.
