Woo hooo!!!!!!There's so many ways to do this. If you're stretching, I like to warm up the coconut oil, then add shikakai and alma oils to a nice conditioner. Mix the ingredients and add to the hair. Put a plastic cap on. I either sit under my heating cap or use my hot towel wrap. I allow to marinate for 30-1 hour.
Sometimes I pre-poo overnight with oils only.
Then shampoo/oil wash/deep condition/air dry or rollerset
Coconut oil is great because it helps stave off breakage.
OT: By the way, Vev, I'm really loving the Alta Silica brand. I have bad Runner's Knee. I know it's probably too soon to notice any meaningful difference. Maybe it's just the placebo effect, but I'm feeling much better...Thank you so much!
