Does anyone have Instructions on How to Flat Twist??

Im thinking about flat twisting my hair as one of my protective styles, but everytime i try to do them it doesnt turn out right. Its suppose to be easier than cornrowing so it cant be too hard. So if anyone have instructions on how to flat twist post them.
