I've been doing the baggie method lately and noticed that if I just use moisturizer with no oil I get better results. So I'm just wondering if anyone else prefers not to use oil in their hair.

My hair doesn't like oil. When I transitioned, I always used Elastra QP Mango butter to baggy my ends. I never had a problem with tangles or split ends.

I just love oils. It's a great sealer. When I didnt use any my hair didnt look as pretty.

i don't use oil, doesn't matter the amount or kind i use, it causes crunchy hair and breakage for me

My hair despises oil.

I don't care how I try to use it, sealer, whatever, it just doesn't respond to it.

It just lies there, heavy & tired.

oils just sit on my hair making it feel drier, i use it only for my scalp.

I can't use oil that much it does not agree with my hair at all. I use mango butter or now this jojoba oil cream by Keracare.

I do not like to use oil when my hair is fresh relaxed or straight, I do use it when I have some new growth. I love pre poo hot oil treatments

water+moisturizer+baggy is lovely hydrated hair

try
water+moisurizer+light oil (not grease)+baggie or no baggie

i do that every day and my hair is very hyrdated

xx

ps. i would never use oil in dry hair unless a pre-poo (amla)

I don't use oil. It didn't do anything for my hair but weigh it down.
