I started doing this about a month and a half ago.
In the mornings I would take too much time detangling, conditioner washing, and putting products in my hair.
Anyways, before I go to bed I apply the conditioner that I'm using for a conditioner wash. I usually use suave and v05 conditioners.
So first I section my hair, saturate the section with conditioner, detangle the section, braid the section up so that it doesn't tangle again during the night and clip it against my head. I do that to all of my hair, then top it with a plastic cap and a scarf. When I wake up all I have to do is rinse and apply my products. It really cut down the amount of time it takes me to get ready in the morning.
I've also started braiding my hair before I use my soft bonnet for deep conditiong with heat. I always hated how I would have to detangle after I used a heating cap/bonnet. Keeping it in braids really helps.
Probably people do this already, but I just wanted to put it out there in case anyone suffers from horrible tangling, or spends too much time on their hair.
