I was thinking of trying aphogee and I was reading about it on their website. It says that is rebuilds hair for 4-6 weeks so I figured it should be used as such. Does anyone use it like this??

Legend said:I usually do, but I started slacking this past summer and just did regular KerapHix protein treatments each week. But, normally, I do the Aphogee treatment about every eight weeks or a couple of weeks after a retouch (I find six weeks is a little too often for my hair.) HTH!![]()

My hair was damaged from relaxer and color and my stylist did aphogee treatments weekly until the breakage was under control. You will need to follow with good moisturizing conditioners. I now do an aphogee treatment one week prior to getting my relaxer and then two weeks following. This is part of my regimen and it keeps my hair nice and strong. I relax at 8 weeks (professionally) but this time I'm stretching to 9 weeks.
