Do you use an herbal rinse before GPB?

My bottle of GPB says to do this, but I never have. Do any of you that use it do this?

I used to use the herbal rinse by Aubrey Organics. However, I don't have a need for it now because I do acv rinses. Doing an herbal rinse before using Aubrey Organics GPB is not necessary. It's just something that they recommend (probably be it's THEIR product).

Yeah I don't do the rinse thing before either and still love GPB.

I don't have any of their herbal rinses, but I don't have any of their shampoos either. I figured since I was substituting my own shampoo, I might as well use my regular rinse-out conditioner in place of one of their rinses. So that's how I do it--shampoo, condition, GPB. It's works great for me. Plus I like the smell of GPB so if I use my other conditioner (currently Aussie Moist) before the GPB, then the GPB smell lasts longer and isn't covered up

Ive never tried their rinses. I love GPB w/ avocado oil and aloe vera gel.

I have the island naturals cream rinse. I used it before the GPB, and I loved it. I have only done this once, so I don't know what it is like with out it. Next month when I do another GPB treatment, i may try it to see. But I aslo use their cream rinse, just for conditioner washes some days, and it really does detangle. I can comb right through my natural hair, with it in. Only thing is that is has a lingering scent. The cream rinse contains allspice, and has a heavy spicy scent.
