Do You Use 2-in-1 Shampoos?

I've been thinking of trying a 2-in-1 shampoo. If you use them, which ones do you use, and what are your results?

No. I've heard these are bad for your hair.

This is not a 2-in-1 shampoo per se but I use shikakai powder with conditioner one day a week. Shikakai powder is considered a cleanser. It loves my hair very soft and shiny.

I think I'll try shikakai powder someday. It seems very gentle.

CON (Creme of Nature) is a 2 in 1, any conditioning shampoo is a 2 in 1. I love CON. The only other type of shampoo I use is a clarifying one as the producs will build up on the hair form time to time. HTH There are lot of ladies who use CON
