soooooooooo after my bday i took a look at my hair and i decided that my highly texturized look wasn't working for me anymore... even though i'm texlaxed, i still had (what i felt was) huge hair, tight curls, etc... so i made the decision to relax the curls a little more which, for me, makes it easier to do sleeker buns and all...

i will say this - i'll definitely miss the volume that i had, but i felt that that kind of volume wasn't working for me in the grand scheme of things (although i lovedddd it...

all that to say, do you change your hair to fit your image as you age?... not just changing styles to change styles, but changing your hair in order to be in keeping with what you feel is appropriate for your current "station" in life...

Last year a few months after I turned 21 I felt as though I needed to update my look and get a new hair cut that said I'm 21..woooo :lachen:It ended up being something like the rihanna bob where the front is slightly longer than the back... it was ok, but I didn't look any older or more mature. So I dont think I'll be going in for hair cuts because I'm getting older.
