I don't see why it wouldn't... The top she's wearing did! Remember Britney Spears? She did a whole doggone dress like that! And then, let's just think... Platforms? Back. Bell bottoms? Back (still). Espadrilles? Back. Gauchos? (Damn) Back.
The style will be back, but I'm sure in some modified sense... Or maybe not since the Farrah Faucett-do came back... And it wasn't even modified!
