Well atleast how its sectioned off. does it look "child like" for s/o in their 20s.

i wont do it exactly like that i'll "tuck in" the ends in a bun like style

I like it a lot and no I don't think its child like

I think it looks very elegant! Go for it!

i WONT be bunning it like this though thats why i asked.
it will only be horizontally parted like this thats all

I part my hair just like that and rock a teased double bun when I get tired of my basic bun; it's not child like at all.

Very, I would definitely rock this for work, a business trip, or dinner with DH.

This is beautiful and I just added it to my inspiration pics. I think whether this part looks childlike or not totally depends on what you do with the hair in back. If you have this part and two ponytails, yes, it seems young. But if the hair in back is bunned or twisted up or otherwise looking grown and sophisticated, it seems totally age-appropriate.

There is a judge on the show Chopped that sometimes wears her hair parted off just like this except she bands the top section then joins it into the bottom and just wears it as a ponytail. I actually looks like a more elegant version of a ponytail and I've worn it a few times myself. I really like the style as you posted it too. I'll also be doing that one.

I think it's beautiful. I would wear that to a formal event.

Not childlike at all, very professional. I need a tutorial.

I saw a natural style like this yesterday. Love both of them.

There is some bunning gold in this thread!

Its beautiful. I wish i could see the back and the top. Cant quite tell how its done. I have a weddg to attend and this style would be perfect for me.

I did mine....

I love it. I have worn something similar using marley hair.

I just saw an episode of Chopped with the judge wearing the version of this hairstyle. Here's a photo:
