Okay I had twists in for over 2 weeks. I wanted to see how it was doing since I last ironed, so I flat ironed my bangs. I think they seem thin but my friend said I was exaggerating. What do you ladies think? By the way I know it doesn't look flat ironed I used a hai elite, but I don't know if it didn't work because of 350 heat or because I had twists in so long. I'd love your ideas and suggestions.

I think yr bangs are on target with the rest of yr hair! But dang girl them nails!:yep: Beautiful! I just broke two of mine today!

They look fine to me but it would be easier if you had a comparison to how they were before the twists.

Thanks ladies, for your help cause I kinda wanted to cry I think I'm just still use to my "perm look" even though it was 5 years ago so now I get nervous at the possibility of a setback, I didn't wanna start tripping if it wasn't necessary.

You're probably not going to believe me but to make a long story short I always bit my nails I mean all the way down but when I hit 14 I told my mom I wanted them to grow. She said "wash dishes girl" I looked at her like she was crazy and started always washing dishes. They began to grow when dishes weren't around I got a bowl and some soap *anykind* and soaked my nails for 10 minutes every couple days. Within I guess 2 months I saw growth. Now some is genetics *mom and grandma have long nails*. Nowadays I take futurebiotics hair, skin, and nails 2 a day I can't get with the 3. They're not responsible for the length but I do totally credit them with the rate at which they grow back after they break, to keep them from breaking I use one or two coats of sally hanson's hard as nails in a clear bottle. It really works! I bent my nail backward trying to rush to an airplane and instead of breaking like it had in the past it just popped back. Okay that still ended up being a long story but hth

looks good... now what is your nail regimine
