I mixed my henna already and I just checked it. The dye has already released so I guess I am good to go. Do I wash it now or do I wash and condition after I do it?

Just rinse rinse rinse rinse rinse rinse rinse rinse rinse, then conditioner wash. Most recommend that you don't use shampoo for the initial wash.
