do i condition after or BEFORE i color???

Hello all i just want to start off by saying thanks to all for the wonderful information that you have given me....I have another question???

I just permed with motions (couldn't find affirm)
rinsed and conditioned with nexxus
neutralized
used reconstructor
regular shampoo


I want to know do i deep condition then color or do i deep condition AFTER i color???

Hi,

You must always condition after you color, never before. If you do it before, your color won't take as well. The conditioner will fill in the spots (on the hair strand) that the color would have filled. I'm a beauty school drop out. I did learn that much before I dropped out
