Do gels specifically created for twists/locks.....

......work any better than regular gels for a 2 strand twist. I'm planning on purchasing 2 different gels for different purposes and I'm wondering if one of those will work just as well as the Rasta Lock and Twist Gel (raves from nappturality) that I was gonna purchase for my 2 strand twists.

What are the gels you are planning on buying?

I've tried ORS Twist and Lock Gel as well as Aloe Vera Gel on my twists. The ORS has a stronger hold. IMO it depends on what kind of hold you want for your styles. I say try one kind of gel on all your styles; you may find that you don't need to spend the extra money on the other gel!
