Hey guys.. I had a issue with my hair last week when i used the cholesterol shea butter and mango. The first time i put it in it work well but then i needed a bit more detangling so i put more and my hair became really hard and crispy to comb. it was scary so im wonder maybe my condditioner contain protein but I am not sure.. what do you guys think?

I think most of them do contain a light protein. Next time, after using the cholesterol, try using a moisturizing rinse-out conditioner with slip to soften your hair back up and help with de-tangling.

Was it the Lustrasilk one? that one does not have any protein. Do you still have the container? Check out the ingredients.

cholesterol is a thick lipid that can be difficult to rinse thoroughly. maybe the residue built up in your hair. build up can leave your hair dry and brittle.
