Do any topical growth treatments work??

I hear about capilong, hairobics, and other scalp treatments but has anyone really had a change in growth with topical treatments. I have use hairobics but not on my scalp so I wouldn't know. What do you think works????

Surge works for me!I get over an inch a month when I am consistent with it.I usually get 0.5 inches.

I believe some of these treatments promote a healthier scalp environment which will eventually lead to a healthy growth rate.
