Do any ladies DC with cholesterol?If so, how long?

I just colored my hair with Clairol Textures and Tones Silken Black and I am dc'ing. I used cholesterol but after I applied it, I wished I used Aphogee 2 minute reconstructor. But anyway, since the cholesterol is already on my head, I wanna dc with it. How long is sufficient?

I do 30-45 with heat and 15 w/o.

I usually do 30 mins all together 15 with heat another 15 without
