I tried it two years ago. I bought the trial size package. The system is about six steps. While going through the different steps my hair didn't feel soft or silky but once I did all of them I liked the results. My hair was fluffy and soft. I didn't continue the program because it is expensive and has too many steps for my lifestyle. I also went to her salon. She pressed my hair and it looked absolutely fabulous. Full of body etc. Everyone was complimenting me. Her prices are ridiculous. $100 for my press and curl. She believes in only washing your hair once a month and never use moisturizers only oils. So most of her clients come in only once a month. Their hair was nice and bouncy but none of them that I saw had hair past their shoulders.

save your $$... I bought It probably back in 2002 i think. The results were nothing spectacular. I got better results using regular stuff from the beauty supply like satin creme press etc.

A good press is more about technique then about product.
