I understand that distilled water is healther on the hair than hard water. I would like to know exactly how do you ladies use it. Do you shampoo with it or what? Inquiring minds would like to know and take notes.

Some people do their whole shampoo routine with it... some people heat it a little before pouring it on... but I'm too cheap and lazy for all that. I use it as a final rinse right out of the bottle. This really made a difference for me /images/graemlins/up.gif

I think it would require a lot of distilled water to wash your hair and rinse out shampoo and conditioner. You might save by just getting a shower filter to filter the hard water. /images/graemlins/wink.gif

I like distilled water on my hair...I thought it helped make my hair softer but I am not sure though.

I use it as an ingredient in my homemade moisturizers.

ok so which is better distilled water or shower filter ? or is there a difference! /images/graemlins/ohwell.gif

Me too! I also use it to wet my hair and for the final rinse!
