Just a quick question.

I am seriously close to buying my first batch of supposedly high quality hair for weaving.

Along the way I have seen many people saying they were forced to "bite the bullet" when it came to receiving bad batches, or bad wigs. Some of these pieces cost £200 - 300, but they didn't feel they were able to get their money back even though unworn.

As far as I can see, in my country at least, you should have a right to cancel an online purchase for any reason within 14 days. Apparently some types of goods are exempt, but I cant see beauty products on there .

Quite a few of the popular online hair stores say they don't do refunds or exchange :perplexed I'm just not sure if that reflects the rights we have in distance buying.

Anyone have any ideas about this. Also has anyone returned bad hair/wigs and recieved a refund?
