discovered some breakage!!!!

I noticed some breakage after blowdrying today... I admit..I felt a little down. It's not massive but still it is there. What do you ladies do to shake the breakage blues? I know I brought it on myself being a little lazy with my regimen.

I would like to know too because after I wash and twist I don't notice any breakage. But after the very few times I blowdry, I notice little pieces of hair on the floor. I avoid blowdrying simply because of this.

Maybe do a light trim?

Its almost like 2 different textures in this breakage spot.. Near crown brokwn off to about 3 inches.

A trim is probably a good idea. Not too much, maybe just half an inch. Do you have split ends? That was my problem when I was suffering from breakage. After getting a trim, my hair was much better
