I am trying to use only cones that are water solube (except when using heat) to prevent build up because they dry my hair out. Does anyone know if dimethicone peg7 olivate is water soluble? I did a search and looked on the web and I can't find it. Maybe it has another name. It is in my BB Growth Lotion.
