didn't get a stablizer after my relaxer..Help

I never knew this even existed!!! this form is fantasic!
Hair care is something that alot of women take pride in and am happy that this support system exists!

Last week I got a relaxed done, but I didn't get a stabilizer after the process. I didn't think it was a big deal at the time until I washed my hair last night. After a deep conditioner I found my hair very dry, feeling like straw? My hair suffers from dryness but this is very excessive!
So excessive that my hair is starting to break. ( my hair is short and fine)

Is there anything I can do to correct this problem?

Am freaking out!

Can anyone suggest a treatment for dry hair?

What is a stabilizer? A neutralizer???

If so, you need to neutralize your hair immediately just to make sure you got all the perm out. The professional beautician didn't neutralize your Hair?!?!?!?!

welcome!!! first was it a lye or no-lye relaxer? if it was a no-lye i suggest chelating your hair to remove the calcium build up, which keads to dryness. then try keracare humecto. the bottle with the thick and rich formula. i put that on mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil. and sit with a plastic cap for about 30 min then rinse.

did you mean French perm Stabilizer???? if she didnt neutralize your hair(1st cuss her out) get the ORS creamy aloe shampoo. its a neutralizer and chelating shampoo all in one. lather and let it sit in for at least 5-10 min. repeat that like 2-3 times. then do a light protein treatment like the ORS replenshing pak or Aphogee 2-min keratin reconstructor. then proceed to do the deep condition i stated earlier.
