Did you use Twistouts to transition? How often do you have to redo them?

When I transitioned a long time ago I actually did straw sets for a while before I just chopped off the relaxed ends. I didn't start doing twist outs until I was fully natural. If twistouts are working for your hair currently then by all means continue, do them as often as your hair deems necessary.
