DFW LADIES! Where Ya'll Get Ya'll Hair Did???

Seriously though, who's a good stylist in the area? After my recent Scalp Inferno (with blisters to prove it) I've realized that self relaxing with lye is not for me and I don't want to go back to no lye. I plan to strech 12 weeks this time so I have plenty of time to research. Thanks in advance!

Could you PM me too? Because I would loooove to know where to go. I just go to a normal salon and after joining these boards I've realized that having strands and strands of hair fall out afterwards is NOT normal.

Hey y'all,
I just suggested JCPenney's salon because my hair came out pretty good (considering the unhealthy state) the last time I had a relaxer. I cannot "recommend" because this particular stylist insisted that I should be getting a relaxer every 5 weeks. But, I can assure you that she did not overlap much, I did not have much breakage, and I was not over or underprocessed. She complied with my special requests as well. I will be going back to JCPenney for my next relaxer (9 weeks later, of course). Also, at $65 you can't beat it!

I don't go to her anymore but she is absolutely the best hairdresser in DFW sometimes you have to schedule with her a month or 2 in advance because she is booked. She doesn't over book either.

I haven't been to this salon yet but I met her at the BSS she has a big sign in front of her shop saying that she specializing in "HEALTHY HAIR" she was running a $45 special. I will probably go soon for a poo and style.
