Denam D4 Brush and K-Cutter Comb

Where do you guys buy or order these two tools? I went to the local bss and they were not there. I didn't go to sally's though, i might check over there.

You can get the Denman brushes at Sally's or Trade Secrets. I'm not sure about the comb though.

I bought my Denman D4 at Trade Secret. I would also like to know where to purchase a K-Cutter comb!
