Hit:
Verb Glossy Shampoo- Long story short, after researching that coconut oil derivatives can have the same effect as coconut oil (my hair hates coconut oil), I searched for shampoos that didn’t have coconut oil or its derivatives and found this one. My hair was so soft after washing it and my ends didn’t feel dry. I still need to try the conditioner. It wasn’t available at the TJ Maxx I went to.

Hit:
Verb Glossy Conditioner- very thick and feels like a deep conditioner. It requires soaking wet hair to emulsify, so you can actually detangle with it, which took a little trial and error to understand. Overall, my hair was very soft, hydrated, and minimal frizz.

So, so:
Alodia Gelly Custard- requires soaking wet hair, but the product is runny and causes you to use quite a bit of it. I really wanted to love this product, due to its ingredients, and the way my curls felt moisturized in this cold weather. I’m currently using the product to slick my hair back.

Miss:
New and improved formula of Verb Glossy Shampoo and Conditioner- they added more coconut oil derivatives. My hair hates coconut oil and its derivatives. The original formula did have one coconut oil derivative (Peg-7 Glycerol Cocoate), but it didn’t negatively affect my hair. Off to find a new shampoo and conditioner.
