There's a black owned beauty supply store on girard street in Gaithersburg, Maryland. I don't know the correct address, but it's in the vicinity of where the Giant is located on Goshen road. The name of the beauty supply is called Collette's. She carries synthetic as well as human hair and she also custom blends human hair. I just recently purchased synthetic hair from her for braiding and that hair is the da bomb. I figured because she knows our hair (opposed to asian-owned beauty suppliers) she knows what to purchase. Anyway, i hope this helps.
