What is about it that keeps me coming back for more? I’ve tried so many other brands, from Keracare, Kenra, Nature’s Gate, and all of the other expensive ones too, but I come right back to this one. I washed my hair last night with the CON Regular Detangling Combo (the one with the red label) and my hair has not been this beautiful, soft and easy to comb (totally detangled) since the last time I used three months ago. This is truly a big plus for me because I have allot of new growth now. Even when I do conditioner washes it still NEVER comes out this great. Crème of Nature truly is the bomb! Can ya’ll feel me?

I feel you girl, I wasted my money on 3 bottles of KENRA shampoo because someone said it was great, fabulous, etc but, it didn't work for me so I let my kids have all (3) bottles. I should have stuck with Creme of Nature live and learn I guess? :(

I feel you too. Creme of Nature in the white bottle with the green label is my staple. I just started using the Creme of Nature Nourishing Conditioner. This stuff is the bomb and cheap too.

I so agree with you. I have a 3/4 full bottle of Kenra that I will probably never finish. If the I mean, it was okay....but nothing like CON. I went back to CON about 2 weeks ago and have decided that I will never use anything else barring complete discontinuation of CON. :)

I totally agree. I am taking out my braids in 2 days (16 weeks post relaxer) and the CON (green) is the only shampoo that I will let touch my hair. As I said in another thread.....it detangles better than some conditioners :) .

I like Creme of Nature shampoo, but it's not all that to me. It's hard to get it to lather up. I'm just trying to use it up so I don't let it go to waste. After I use it up, I'm doing the no-poo/curly girl method. I'll still use a clarifying shampoo (Elasta QP) if I get build-up! :)

CON is the only shampoo that I use. My stylist gave me an expensive bottle of some shampoo a few weeks ago, but I'll probably end up giving it to my niece. I love CON.

CON Shampoo really is good. I like to keep a bottle of this on hand. It truly does a good job at detangling/conditioning (just like the bottle indicates). :)

I agree! I use up bottle after bottle of CON's shampoo and conditioner (especially the conditioner), while my other poos and conditioners (that I foolishly strayed to for a minute) sit under the counter untouched.

I always have a bottle in hand. It's not the shampoo I'm using at the moment, but whenever I have tangles, I just add some to my hair and the tangles seem to dissapear. I don't care too much for the smell, though. CON is my husband's favorite shampoo.

I feel you sis, that creme of nature is soooo the bomb!! I've also investing $100's & $100's of dollars on products that don't work as well for me as this. I use the CON Conditioning Shampoo once a week and it's a staple of mine!!

after experimenting with 25 shampoos: cream of nature ultra moisturizing (green label) and elucence moisture benefits are my favorites--the only others i use are back to basics white grapefruit clarifier & natures gate jojoba & keratin shampoo.

CON is DA BOMB!!!!! My mom brought me on that stuff & it has been a staple to my hair routine every since. Although I am now a proud member of the MNT club, CON is still my savior when my hair doesn't want to cooperate, and of all the PJism I've been doing, to find another 2-n-1 combo that does what CON does, I cannot find any. And the price is juuuusssttt right!!!!

Hi Ladies :D ,

A few weeks ago I posted a thread about Creme of Nature or Elucence and I realized that most of you ladies use and have great experiences with Elucence products so I was going to purchase Elucence instead of CON. However, I decided to give CON a try to see how it works on my hair and ladies I cant be more satisfied. I decided to try it because it was cheap and I found it at my local beauty supply store.

I purchased the CON this Monday and I used it the same day. Here is what I did:

I used the CON shampoo (green label) first and then followed up with VO5 kiwi and lime squeeze conditioner (clarifying) and then I rinsed. After that I used Vo5 strawberries and creme as my leave in conditioner.

My hair is so soft and shiny I cant stop touching my hair. I cant wait to wash my hair again. I am here asking myself if I love CON so much what would happen if I decided to try Elucence?

CON is definatley a keeper!!:)

Girl I'm in the same boat. I giving all my other shampoos away (even the expensive ones). Money down the drain for real! But I'm sure that the other people will benefit from it though. I love my CON!!!!!

I used CON years ago and liked it but a stylist told me not to use it because it has balsam and makes the hair hard? Is this true? I would love to go back to CON.

I'm going to have to buy some con conditioner and and shampoo. I've spent so much money on different stuff and have been unsatisfied. I need something to help with tangles also.

Hmmm...I've heard that Balsam is bad for hair and that the Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) which is in CON. Everyone said that it was bad because of the ingredients it contains. However, i have been using it for years (practically all of my life) and I haven't had any problems with. Actually it's the other products that have left my hair feeling bad. :D
