I hate l'HUILE MASKETI!!!! I hate it! I hate it! My hair is TOO thick and TOO nappy. This weekend I had my worst hair experience of all. I was very close to just snipping all of my fro off!!!
After washing my hair with a detangling shampoo this is what happened:
When wet it wasn't bad but when I let it air dry in big dookey braids (excuse the lack of a better word) with plenty of moisturizing products it was STILL like cotton. Some of my biggest combs were breaking and I couldn't even manually part my own hands without ending up with some of my hair in big knots.
The interesting part of this is that my hair is only a rough 4BBBBBBB texture at the roots. The rest of my hair is almost 3c and my ends are thin. At this point I can do one of the following things:
1. break my no heat challenge this weekend and go to my scissor happy stylist to press my hair ($50!!!!) and tell her to focus on my roots (i can be guranteed my hair will be bonestraight for at least 2 weeks)
2.Slap some biosilk on- lightly blowdry my hair go over to my relatives house to flat iron my hair. (I will also tell her to focus on my roots)
3. Don't do anything to my hair, let it nap up until my no heat challenge is over....
Sorry this is so long, but i would really appreciate if you guys could give me some advice- my scalp is about to slid off!!
