Anybody do daily herbal tea rinses...
I'm thinking of doing this pretty soon...
just wanted to see if this has been successful
for any LHCFs and to see if anybody may be
interested in using this regimen... Challenge maybe.

I sometimes rinse my hair with rosemary or nettle tea or a mix of the two. I don't do it daily, just when I remember. I let the tea bags steep for 30 minutes before I use, so it's not convenient to use that often. I've noticed that my scalp feels very soothed when I use the tea and my hair is left shiny.

just to be nosy, why do you want to do daily herbal rinses?

Why not?

I have been daily co-washing for about a year. I'm trying to move towards a "greener" way of living... get more back to basics in my regimen... I'm moving towards a more organic/natural hair care regimen.

Traditional conditioners have chemicals... herbs are natural and the ones I want to use are proven to stimulate hair growth. It's just a healthier. It's all in theory but I see much success with the people that use ayurvedic rinses twice a week.

I want to do my Ayurvedic tea rinse daily as well.... but think Im gonna start every other day and if I see no ill effects move up to daily...

Im havign a hard time with measurements... for example, I want to make a gallon water jug of rinse so I will have enough for a week at a time... my tea, for now, will basically be made of fenugreek ( seeds or leaves seeped into a tea) .... Im wondering how much of the seeds or leaves I need to make a strong enough tea

I wasted a small batch today because I forgot to put my coconut milk in the fridge when I was done...
