What do you do when it's time to relax? Skip a day of rinsing, or is it ok to rinse the day before as long as you don't scratch the scalp. If already posted, could someone direct me to it? Thanks in advance.

Wish I had of known that. I've been rinsing my hair every other day and I went to perm it last night. I thought if I'd base it real good and deep condition it afterwards, I'd be cool...I was so wrong. On the nape of my neck I swear it feels like someone scraped it with a razor blade.
I will NEVER do this again.
