How can I secure the bottom of the hair and keep it from unraveling if I want to cut it anyways to make it short? Should i go ahead braid the whole thing down or cut as I go.

I really wanted to cut it all at once but what technique would be more effective?

I just did super long box braids. I cut the entire pack at once. I then used the "feathering" method to keep the ends from unraveling. I didn't braid all the way to the end and the braids don' unravel plus they look more natural.

I did this for each bundle. I didn't use oil.
